What data we collect

  • Newsletter form: email address.
  • Contact form: name, email, subject of the request, indicative capital range (optional), message.
  • Technical data associated with form submissions: IP address, country and browser user agent, collected for anti-fraud and anti-spam purposes.
  • Campaign reference associated with form submissions, where available: which campaign or channel led you to the site and the page you landed on.

This site sets no cookies and does no profiling. If you consent to it, a short campaign reference (channel code, campaign parameters and landing page — no personal data) is kept in your browser for 30 days and is sent along with a form submission so we can attribute the request; declining changes nothing else. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering requests sent through the contact form (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending launch updates and news to newsletter subscribers (consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR — withdrawable at any time).
  • Preventing abuse and spam on the forms (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Where data is stored

Form data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor). Internal notifications of requests transit via Telegram. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, up to a maximum of 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing at any time by writing to info@quantgovernor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
